Cancellations

To cancel an order before it is dispatched, contact us at attume.official@gmail.com or +91 8929072028 with your order number; a cancelled order is refunded in full. Once it has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Fragrance is a personal and hygiene-sensitive product, so we cannot accept returns on opened bottles.

If a bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned parcel reaching us.

Refunds go back to whatever you paid with — the same card, UPI handle or account — because that is the only route the payment gateway can return money by.
